Abstract
The resistance of Alopecurus japonicus Steud. To chlorsulfuron and metsulfuron-methyl was studied in two levels: bioassay and biochemistry test. Bioassay experiment is comprised of three parts: spray chlorsulfuron on stem. In experiment one and experiment two, compared the control rate of all species, I find highly accordance among three times tests. The IC50 of all treats of every species are higher than the concentration commended. And almost all treats of every species have not been killed in three weeks after treated, only the most susceptive specie in experiment one have been killed mostly after treated three weeks. In the experiment three, all treats of every species have not been killed in three weeks after treated, only the most susceptive specie have been killed mostly after treated three weeks when the concentrations are X, 2X, 4X, or 10X. In addition, treated with metsulfuron-methyl at very low concentration, the growth of Alopecurus japonicus Steud. Can be promoted lightly. In a word, the effect of chlorsulfuron and metsulfuron-methyl controlling Alopecurus japonicus is not satisfy. In the experiment of ALS livingness test, the ALS¡¯s livingness of treated weeds are markedly lower than untreated, and the higher the concentration of herbicides, the lower the ALS¡¯s livingness. The absorb peaks of 3-hydroxy-2-butanone-creatine-1-naphthol compound extracted from Alopecurus japonicus Steud. And Avena fatua L., Echinochloa crus-galli L., Chenopodium album L. have been tested. The former three is 520 nm, the last is 530 nm. In conclusion, the absorb peaks of 3-hydroxy-2-butanone-creatine-1-naphthol compound extracted from monocotyledon are 520nm generally. The ALS enzyme extract by the same method as this experiment should be test in 24 hours
