| Abstract |
Current status of integrated weed management and chemical weed control in China and the achievements were reported, while problems such as speeding weed community change, carryover effect of long persistent herbicides, developing of herbicide resistant weeds ,poor application equipment and methods were discussed. Some future research areas such as herbicide mechanisms, herbicide mixtures, environmental friendly herbicide formulations, herbicide synergism and herbicide application methods were stressed for a sustainable weed management system in sustainable agriculture |
