| Abstract |
A simple and feasible model for predicting crop yield loss due to weed competition is described after having compared to several models frequently used in China and overseas and fitted to 10 sets of data from literature. It is demonstrated that the model is biologically meaningful and is capable of describing the relationship between crop yield loss and weed density in a wide range of weeds and crops, and predicting the yield loss |
